Strawberry Extravaganza: Ten Strawberry Dessert Recipes In Honor of Strawberry Season

Published on June 18, 2020

Hey, now it’s strawberry season. Yes, this is a big deal because not only are strawberries delicious, but they also make a great addition to baked goods. Now, if you’re like me and you’re obsessed with strawberries, then you are in the right place. I swear I love anything that’s strawberry flavored or contains strawberries.

It will be on my plate and in my mouth in less than two seconds. That’s how much I love strawberries my mom would tell me all the time that when I was little, I would beg for strawberries and have the juice covered all over my face when I was eating them.

So, its safe to say that I’m obsessed with strawberries. Now that strawberries are in season, I will probably be making a trip to every grocery store and buying out their strawberries and making everything I possibly can. I know you can buy strawberries any time of the year, but once they are in season, they taste much sweeter, and their colors are so much more vibrant.

If you can’t go a day without strawberries, then here are some delicious strawberry desserts that will satisfy that strawberry craving and sweet tooth of yours and mine.

Strawberry Rhubarb Shortbread Bars
If you’re having a party or a little get together, this is the perfect strawberry dish that will satisfy everyone at the party.

Homemade Strawberry Shortcake
I mean, this is always my go-to when i want to whip up something if I’m having a cookout or summer get together.

Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake
A good ole strawberry shortcake cheesecake, now you have to make sure these are made right or get them from a place that can make good cheesecake because I’ve had some lousy cheesecake. Strawberry Cheesecake is always the right way to go, and it’s actually what got me into cheesecake how ironic.

Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cupcakes
Another yummy cheesecake edition that needs to be at someone’s cookout or party. Just strawberry cheesecake but in cupcake form. That gives me an excuse to eat more and anyone not know.

Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls
Now your girl loves some cinnamon rolls if I can have them I usually eat them for breakfast, but of course, you can eat them any time of the day. The mix of cinnamon and strawberry makes my mouth drool, honestly.

Strawberry Ice Cream
No one can go wrong with a classic strawberry ice cream. Whether it’s homemade or from an ice cream parlor, a classic strawberry ice cream can satisfy anyone’s taste buds, especially if it has real strawberries.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cobbler
Now I’ve only had one type of cobbler, and that’s peach cobbler. Surprisingly i’ve never had a strawberry cobbler. Yes, I know that this is surprising for someone obsessed with strawberries, but it’s on my list of things to try.

Sky High Strawberry Pie
Strawberry pie is always a winner no matter what time of the year it is. Just the taste of homemade crust and the sweet taste of strawberries is more than what you bargained for.

Herb- Infused Lemon Strawberry Loaf
I’ve had a lemon-flavored loaf, but adding in strawberries makes me excited to cross over the tangy with the sweet. Two tastes that mix well together.

Retro Strawberries and Cream Pretzel Tart
Tarts are on my list of go-to desserts. I love the fruit on top and the cream and the crust so overall it’s just the right combination of sweet and sour, but adding strawberries into the mix i know it’s going to be delicious.
