This week on the Keep Going podcast we talk about innovation and failure at scale. Our guest this week is Amy Jo Kim, a consultant and entrepreneur.

Amy Jo Kim has built some amazing games. One of the leaders behind the Sims, Ultima Online, Rock Band, and Covet Fashion, she now consults and mentors on innovation in the gaming space. We sat down with her to gain some real insight on what it means to fail in a startup and in a big corporation and why failure is the heart of innovation. We’re lucky she agreed to come on and the conversation is fascinating.
