Workman’s extensive professional background encompasses a range of roles that underscore her expertise in business management and human resources, as well as her strong leadership abilities. Early in her career, she honed her skills as a human resources assistant at Nylund Landscaping Inc., where she worked in 2007. The following year, she joined Rittz Maintenance Inc., where she held various roles throughout her tenure, including human resources manager, office manager, operations manager, and general manager. Additionally, she has served as a human resources manager at Colorado Rehabilitation & Occupational Medicine and was the owner and chief executive officer of Pro Grounds LLC, where she refined her business operations and management skills.

Workman also leverages her expertise in business planning, operations, and workforce development as a small business consultant for the SBA in Kansas. Her dedication to her field is further highlighted by the various credentials she holds. These include designations as a ProAdvisor from Intuit QuickBooks and a certified e-commerce bookkeeper from Bookkeepers.com LLC, both obtained in 2023, and as a certified professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
