Vora’s Early Career
In 2014, while pursuing her undergraduate degree, Vora became a project trainee with Tata Research Development and Design Center in Pune, India. The next year, she became a full researcher at the organization. Upon moving to the United States in 2018, she accepted a position as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Utah. That same year, she also became a software engineer intern at Lucid.
After graduating from the University of Utah, Vora joined Expedia Group as a software engineer. In this position, she honed her skills as an engineer and developed her capabilities in software development. She then leveraged her expertise to secure her current role as a software engineer at Amazon’s headquarters in Seattle, where she applies her unique skills to create software and design services for the tech giant.
Creative Contributions and Reasons for Success

Entrepreneurial Aspirations and Plans for the Future
Moving forward, Vora is considering several entrepreneurial ventures aimed at solving problems in India. One thing she admires about the U.S. is the nation’s treatment of cats and dogs. Since India faces issues with strays, she hopes to design an internet-connected animal feeder for rural areas, ensuring that these animals don’t have to go without food.
Within the next five years, Vora aims to leverage her expertise in technology to address everyday human challenges. As India’s tech field grows, she hopes to return to the country and launch grassroots initiatives aimed at supporting future growth. Moreover, she is considering establishing a company to support her efforts in assisting underprivileged individuals and promoting animal welfare.
