Only six months out of law school, while rapidly losing his sight, Callagy made a life-changing decision. He left a prestigious law firm to start his own. Within two years, he had built a 40-person law firm that he later sold for a multiple seven-figure exit. He was the sole equity partner.

Between 2014 and 2016, Callagy became one of only two attorneys in the United States to secure two Top 100 National Jury Verdicts — and the only one who was blind.
