PepperBall today announced two executive appointments to accelerate operational excellence and product innovation. Gregg Morin has joined as Vice President of Operations, and Brian Haman has joined as Vice President of Product Management.
Morin brings more than 15 years of engineering and manufacturing leadership to his new role at PepperBall. He most recently served as Head of Production at Siemens in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, where he integrated lean manufacturing principles, delivered over $1.5 million in combined cost savings, and led teams in supporting developing and implementing operation strategies and operating procedures. Prior to Siemens, Morin held senior operations roles at Viant Medical and Deublin Company, where he improved productivity, launched new product lines, and built high-performing teams.

Haman joins PepperBall with more than 17 years of experience leading global product development from concept to market launch, with over 40 products shipped across power tools, connected devices, and smart home technology. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager of Product Marketing, New Product Development at Chamberlain Group, partnering with product management and UX to define and launch smart access solutions spanning smart locks, video doorbells, security cameras, and garage door openers.
Before Chamberlain Group, Haman spent over 16 years at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, progressing from engineering into global product leadership. As Group Product Manager for the Dremel brand, he revitalized the innovation pipeline, led extensive consumer research to guide roadmap strategy, and launched multiple products, including the Max Life line of rotary accessories. Earlier roles in project management, engineering, and test lab operations strengthened his technical foundation; he is named on eight issued U.S. patents for mechanical and power-tool innovations.
