Niveditha Mogali’s Dedication to Science
Motivated by the loss of her grandmother to kidney failure due to a lack of patient education and losing her grandfather and father-in-law to COVID-19, Mogali is committed to healthcare transformation. Her grandmother’s loss came from excessive pain medication use, which motivated Mogali to close the gap between patient education/empowerment and HCP engagement. She lost her grandfather and father-in-law on the same day due to a lack of treatment, which propelled her to ensure all patients have access to the correct medication at the right time.
Career Achievements
As Director of Enterprise Omnichannel Analytics Capabilities at GSK, Mogali leads the development of AI and machine learning models that optimize doctor-patient engagement and business decision-making. Her work aims to improve healthcare outcomes by translating data into actionable insights for doctors and patients.
In addition, Mogali has received numerous awards for her work and contributions. She received the Young Promising Engineer Award from the Indian Society for Technical Education in 2008, the Extra Miler Award in 2009, and the Excellence Award in 2011 from Infosys. In 2014, she received the ARF Gold David Ogilvy Award from FCB in 2015 with her team. GSK acknowledged her work with the Innovation Performance Trust Award in 2018 and 2019, and the Global Recognition Award for four consecutive years from 2019 to 2022 and again in 2024.
Mogali is a thought leader who speaks at top conferences such as the Pharma CX Marketing Summit and Reuters Pharma USA.
