Lucy Rogers’ brunches, dinner parties, and fireside chats are revolutionizing high-level fundraising, one strategic table-swap at a time.
An impact-focused serial entrepreneur, Lucy co-founded her latest venture, Just Us, to connect like-minded, mission-oriented entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and financial backers to realize shared visions for a better future.
At its core, the concierge service helps clients connect the dots of their success through carefully curated guest lists and an innovative table-swapping technique that helps participants identify synergies and potential partnership opportunities more quickly.
The events, Lucy says, “transcend traditional networking” because it’s about “belonging to something greater than yourself” that dissolves barriers and transforms individual connections into a powerful community. This community of visionaries and innovators — a genuine who’s who of entrepreneurs, investors, and entertainers — then elevates members by building confidence and empowering them to live in their purpose.
It also bears mentioning that Lucy attracted the attention of veteran banker and strategic investor Ashley Bell, whose Ready Entertainment acquired a 50% stake in the startup in June 2024. Ready Entertainment is a joint venture between serial collaborators Bell and Bernice King, the youngest daughter of slain civil rights icon Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King.
