Culture Shift Labs, the social innovation professional services firm that is disrupting the management consulting industry and the force behind the Culture Shifting Deal Making Summits for the last 15 years, has announced plans to launch a human capital marketplace for senior-level diverse talent, investors, and subject matter experts.
The Culture Shifting Community, which has ballooned to over 13,500 members across the globe since its launch in 2006, has empowered deal flow that has enabled more than $1.4BLN in transactions for diverse venture capital GPs, entrepreneurs and executives and is supported in part by the largest financial institutions, family offices, technology companies, and corporate venture funds across the globe including JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Bill.com, Silicon Valley Bank, Walmart, Avanta Ventures, Verizon, etc.
The Culture Shift Human Capital Marketplace, also referred to as the Culture Shifting Community, will officially launch this month, with access available by invitation.

The next Culture Shift Summit will commence in London this April, followed by Silicon Valley in September, New York in October, and Miami in November, with supporters already locked in, such as Silicon Valley Bank, JPMC, PNC Bank, Microsoft, Verizon, EY, NextEra Energy, Knight Foundation and more.
