Connect.Club, a professional networking company based in Cyprus, will host its first ConnectCon festival to boost global collaboration.

The festival will take place from August 27th to the 29th, allowing business leaders, startup founders, scientists, artists, and any other professional, to connect and collaborate with each other. The theme for the event will be “The people building a better, sustainable future.” This theme will be worked on via some key topics that include impactful entrepreneurship, Developing skills of the future, Building effective communities for collaboration, Innovative art and culture, and leadership.

With social transformation taking place at an unprecedented pace, collaboration within professionals of different industries and backgrounds is essential to create a sustainable future. Connect.Club aims to create “meaningful, human connections” by organizing ConnectCon, as the company believes no one person, group, or country can succeed on this mission alone.

The festival will be a virtual 3-day event with the participation of more than 100 world-renowned experts and 1000 participants. With more than 40 virtual sessions and workshops, entrepreneurs are expected to be able to innovate and achieve global solutions, develop skills, build communities for collaboration, and more. Some of the speakers confirmed to participate in the festival so far include James Priest (Co-founder of Sociocracy 3.0), Troy Malone (Evernote/All Turtles/mmhmm), Graham Daniels (founder and leader of Addictive TV and Orchestra of Samples), Tommy Petroc (Associate Creative Director at Snapchat), and many others.

Connect.Club is the professional networking company behind the mobile communication platform of the same name, which connects people who thrive on inspiration, learning, growing, and culture via its virtual world. The company was founded back in 2017 and has raised over $10.6 million to continue developing a virtual world that allows networking and collaboration independently of distance.

Startups that participate in the event will also enjoy a demo day that will allow them to meet investors and fellow innovators, participate in backstage networking, enjoy added media coverage and press rooms, and access all of the festival’s events.
