About Brian A. Stumm
Since 2011, Stumm has owned ABC Home Inspections LLC, providing home inspection services to clients throughout Havertown and the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. With over a decade of experience in the home inspection industry, serving new buyers and existing owners, Stumm has established himself as an expert in general home inspection and radon testing.
Among his many responsibilities, Stumm issues client contracts and agreements, conducts inspections, oversees home inspection reports, and manages various administrative tasks, such as bookkeeping.
Stumm studied at Temple University in Philadelphia from 1979 to 1982. Beyond his studies in higher education and business acumen, he is also highly qualified in his field. In 2016, he received credentials as a certified master inspector and a radon measurement professional. These credentials emphasize his expertise and dedication to maintaining high standards in the home inspection industry.
Before Stumm established himself in the home inspection industry, he was a superintendent at Haverstick-Borthwick Company from 1990 to 2014. During his tenure here, he further developed his construction management and carpentry skills, oversaw large construction teams, and ensured project success. This extensive background in construction has been influential in Stumm’s ability to serve clients with thorough and detailed home inspections.

He volunteers with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, becoming a certified vessel examiner in 2014, and the Eagles Autism Foundation and Safe Harbor. Stumm was named Auxiliarist of the Year for 2011 and served as a coxswain through 2022.
