In this capacity, he led high-impact projects that required precision, adaptability, and strategic oversight. Rosado Hartline gained his most foundational skills in the field of education, where his early experiences as a teacher at the Alliance Française de Denver and as a pedagogy director introduced him to the principles of structured learning and organizational leadership. While his initial focus was on language education, he recognized the parallels between instructional design and project management, particularly in the areas of process development, team coordination, and strategic planning.
Eager to explore these parallels, Rosado Hartline pursued a Master of Science in organizational leadership with a concentration in project management from the University of Denver. This provided him with a broad diversification of knowledge and skills that would go on to benefit his organizations when technology began rapidly evolving.
What followed was an early career of significant contributions to organizations such as COSOL Global, Ragni Lighting, and Planisware, where Rosado Hartline refined his expertise in managing large-scale implementations. His work in these roles emphasized his ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation in process automation, and develop strategies that maximize efficiency and scalability. His reputation as a leader in the field is further reinforced by his work as an authorized training partner for Skillsoft, where he trains professionals in EMEA to prepare for the Project Management Professional certification. He is also involved with the Project Management Institute Mile High Chapter, where he serves as director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as a mentor for new project managers.

Rosado Hartline has remained engaged in civic and volunteer work, as well as mentorship and education that extends beyond the workplace. He has, for instance, helped to create technology literacy programs for underserved communities. His contributions have earned him several recognitions, such as the Governor’s Medal and the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
