With more than a decade of experience, Monet Allyse Steadman is a notable visionary in business management, specializing in strategic management and executive leadership. She has established herself as a leader in the technology and agriculture sectors, driving growth and innovation.
Since 2020, Steadman has served as the chief of staff at Verdant Robotics Inc., where she has been instrumental in advancing precision agriculture technology while helping the company become a leader in the field. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, optimizing business processes, managing key projects, and supporting executive decision-making. The Intersection of Passions
While earning her certification as a Primal Health Coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher during the pandemic, Steadman came across Verdant, where her passion for health, nutrition, and the environment intersected.
Steadman recognized what Verdant’s product, the Sharpshooter, has to offer as the only precision sprayer that aims before it shoots. Delivering micrometer accuracy at a millimeter level, Verdant’s product has higher yields, less waste, and helps improve the bottom line for growers. In just a few months, the cofounder and chief executive officer asked her to join the company full-time, and she began taking on more responsibilities.
From 2016 to 2024, Steadman served as the consultant and proprietor of X2, where she developed her skills in strategic management and executive leadership. Other previous professional roles include working as a marketing specialist at Whole Foods Market from 2010 to 2016 and as an operations manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from 2007 to 2010.
Instrumental to Steadman’s professional success has been her academic achievements. She studied at Bellevue College and then furthered her knowledge and qualifications by completing multiple courses through LinkedIn, including Mastering One’s Executive Presence, Speaking Up in Meetings, and Strategic Thinking Skills.
