Imagine a world without water. A world where clean, safe drinking water is no longer a given, but a luxury out of reach for billions of people. Water is essential for survival, yet many communities around the globe face severe shortages due to climate change, pollution, and overuse.

Joseph Aoun is an entrepreneur who has made it his life’s work to address this crisis. As the founder and chief executive officer of Oxydus, a company specializing in atmospheric water generation (AWG), Aoun has dedicated himself to developing groundbreaking technologies that produce clean, sustainable water from the air. His work is helping to tackle the global water crisis, offering a solution that could change the future of water access worldwide.

A Vision Driven by Purpose

Aoun’s journey began with a clear vision: to create a solution for water scarcity. He founded Oxydus in 2014 with the goal of providing safe and easily accessible water to communities around the world. “Water is a fundamental human right,” Aoun says. “Millions suffer from a lack of clean water and my goal is to make sure everyone has access to this essential resource.”

Oxydus’ flagship product, TEVA7, uses inventive AWG technology to capture moisture from the air and transform it into drinkable water. The system uses AI technology to optimize water production.

Revolutionizing Water Generation

In his pursuit to provide sustainable water solutions, Aoun and his team at Oxydus developed TEVA7. The system’s ability to function remotely sets it apart from traditional AWGs. Aoun explains the rationale behind TEVA7: “We wanted to make a system that could operate efficiently anywhere, without the need for constant supervision.”

TEVA7 uses advanced sensors to optimize condensation temperatures, allowing the system to operate effectively even in arid regions. The product also employs a multistage filtration system that ensures water quality, ensuring it can meet EPA standards.

Making a Global Impact

Oxydus’ technology has already impacted several regions of the U.S. Aoun wants to expand the reach of his technology to address the water crisis globally. “We believe that by retrofitting existing infrastructure and using automation, we can provide a solution to flood-prone areas and areas suffering from water shortages,” he said.

Through the TEVA7 system, Oxydus aims to provide clean water to communities worldwide. The company is raising funds through WeFunder to allow early investors to participate in the growth of this forward-looking technology. For more details, visit Oxydus and WeFunder.

A Future of Growth and Sustainability

Aoun is determined to expand Oxydus’ impact in the next several years. His goal is to have TEVA7 systems installed across the U.S. and other parts of the world: “The water crisis is one of the most pressing issues we face today. We have the technology to help solve it and I’m committed to ensuring our solutions reach as many people as possible.”

With a tireless commitment to innovation and sustainability, Aoun is poised to lead Oxydus to new heights. His work is changing the future of water accessibility and contributing to a more sustainable planet.
