Brian Polackoff, chief executive officer and creator of Churn Assassin Software, is reshaping how SaaS businesses manage client retention. Under his leadership, Churn Assassin has evolved into a powerful tool for predicting and reducing customer churn, especially for B2B SaaS companies with annual revenues between $250,000 and $5 million. Through a sophisticated, machine-learning-based algorithm, Churn Assassin provides clients with up to four months’ advance notice before a likely cancellation, offering a significant lead time to proactively address potential client departures. Polackoff’s approach combines cutting-edge technology with strategic business insights, helping companies take decisive steps to minimize churn and enhance customer satisfaction.

Since launching Churn Assassin in 2024, Polackoff has applied his extensive background to head this firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, employing his knowledge in product development and strategic leadership to produce solutions that reduce cancellations and increase client retention. Recognizing the difficulty of client turnover for SaaS organizations, Churn Assassin helps businesses manage risks ahead of time by leveraging data-driven insights and customer behavior analysis to increase customer happiness and retention.

Before creating Churn Assassin, Polackoff had a lengthy career filled with accomplishments in technology and public service. He built and headed Vairkko from 2009 until 2023, establishing the firm as a major player in the software market. Polackoff worked with Vairkko to create and install complex software solutions that benefited various industries, including corporate clients and healthcare organizations. His strategic vision, which combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical competence, helped Vairkko establish itself as a trustworthy and forward-thinking software supplier.

Polackoff formerly worked for Monmouth Ocean Hospital Service Corp, where he held a variety of positions from 2000 until 2011. Beginning as an emergency medical technician (EMT), he soon advanced to positions in information technology, including IT helpdesk technician, web applications developer and head of IT. Polackoff’s experience in these many jobs gave him a solid grasp of technical problem-solving and high-stakes public service contexts.

Between 2001 and 2009, Polackoff launched various organizations, including Centuron Systems, Triangle Mecca, and Crisis Intervention Tracker. As chief executive officer of each, he provided strategic direction and pursued corporate objectives to tackle diverse industry difficulties. His entrepreneurial spirit has motivated him to innovate, developing solutions that solve specific market shortages.

Polackoff is passionate about mentoring and community support in addition to his technical and commercial activities. He is a Sidebar member who mentors a young entrepreneur from Algeria, giving his knowledge and thoughts to help new talent into the business. His dedication to mentorship reflects his conviction in the value of cooperation and community-building as key factors for corporate success.

Polackoff is devoted to developing Churn Assassin while simultaneously helping his wife’s charitable organization, the Anything Foundation, which assists cancer patients and their families. He credits his success to knowing the value of cooperation, and the role collaboration plays in producing meaningful achievements.
