Likewise, the company has expanded its lead generation program to include video content, Facebook page updates, CRM updates, and AI services. A1 Web Creations LLC has shown remarkable growth, having already achieved over $800,000 in sales by September of 2024. This success is attributed to Sobrino’s strategic approach to building the company from the ground up and her focus on developing a high-performing sales team.

From Mortgage Banking to Empowering Entrepreneurs
Before founding A1 Web Creations, Sobrino enjoyed a successful 21-year career as a home mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2003 to 2024. Her transition from mortgage banking to entrepreneurship was driven by industry changes and her innate desire to innovate and help others. During this time, she benefited richly from the coaching of Ascended Wealth Creations, a service that seeks to educate individuals and enhance financial literacy.
“When the mortgage industry faced challenges, I knew it was time to pivot,” Sobrino reflects. “My drive to constantly do something new led me to create a business that not only survives but thrives by helping others recover and grow.”
Sobrino’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln University. She also earned two bachelor’s degrees from Columbia College in business administration and management and computer information systems, respectively. Notably, she graduated summa cum laude as the valedictorian of her class.
Beyond her primary business ventures, Sobrino has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit through various projects, including “The Children’s Internet,” an online schooling venture for K-12 students. Although the project faced technical challenges, it showcased her ability to innovate in the education sector.
In recognition of her accomplishments, Sobrino was honored with the Founders Award in 2024 and was previously included in the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage President’s Club in 2017. Her unique approach to business development and scam recovery has positioned her as a leader in helping individuals turn adverse experiences into opportunities for growth and financial stability.
Looking toward the future, Sobrino aspires to continue leading A1 Web Creations as it expands its marketing and advertising services into the real estate and mortgage industry, through which it seeks to help set up CRM tools for agents and loan officers for the purpose of lead generation.
