These Vegan Candy Brands Are Likely Some Of Your Childhood Favorites

With so many people going vegan these days it’s easy to wonder if you would be able to do the same. Surprisingly, a lot of things are already vegan that you wouldn’t expect, making it that much easier to adapt to a new diet for the long run. These are a few of our favorite vegan candy brands that just happen to be childhood favorite candy brands as well.

Twizzlers 

At one point I swear i couldn’t put these things down, but was it weird that I would put these in the microwave before I ate them?

Hands down the cotton candy and blueberry were the two best flavors. Whoever thought bubble gum was a good flavor, they thought wrong.

Sour Patch Kids

Sour Patch Kids are always a good go-to if you’re trying to find a present for friends or create a goody bag—trust me, they’ve helped me out a lot.

AirHeads

This is one of those candies that you don’t eat for a long time, and then once you do, it feels like heaven on Earth.

Sweet Tarts

Sweet Tarts have always has been a hit or miss with me because I swear it depends on where you buy them. I feel like the tastes vary. I know it’s weird, maybe it’s just me.

Smarties

I’m obsessed with this candy to this day. I remember before I would take tests when I was younger my teachers would give out smarties with a cute saying like a “smarties for my smarty.” Yes, it might seem cheesy and lame, but I loved it, and I always aced my test—so I guess it’s good luck.
