What do you get the family member who has everything? Holiday gifts can be the most stressful part of the holiday season. No worries, I’m here to help with a special edition of Show and Tell where I unbox five holiday gifts you may want to pounce on while they’re still available! I’m also sharing some other holiday gifts to make sure you have all the bases covered, including spoiling your pets this holiday season.

A Giant AirPod: XL Bluetooth speaker

What’s the perfect gift for the life of the party? A Bluetooth speaker that stands out! The XL Bluetooth speaker looks like a giant AirPod and comes in a variety of vibrant colors. It’s a treat for eyes and ears, giving you multiple music input options: TF card (micro SD), auxiliary, and of course bluetooth. To keep the party going, the XL has a few different ports for you to charge your phone as you DJ through the night.

Years of memories: Nixplay smart frame

Instead of choosing one favorite picture to display in a frame, give the gift of a slideshow! This smart picture frame by Nixplay has a 10.1-inch screen and displays picture-perfect memories in HD and full color. It blends in with any decor with its variety of frames, including wood. And you have the option to set it on a table or mount it on a wall. There are plenty of options for uploading photos: from your phone over WiFi, from a memory card or from the smartphone app. With more than eight gigs of storage, the endless stream of pictures never gets old.

The gift of safety: EZVIZ security cameras

Why not give your loved ones peace of mind? EZVIZ offers these indoor and outdoor camera options. Unique features of the outdoor camera are the ceiling mount, night vision, motion detection, dust and water protection, active strobe light, two-way walkie talkie and customized voice alerts. How loud is the voice? 100 decibels (enough to wake the neighbors). The indoor camera has regular features, but one stands out: AI human detection. Say there was a suspicious character at your house three times throughout the day. This camera will remember the face and alert you!

For their most important device: Mobile Edge phone chargers

Mobile Edge is the brand for reliable and cool smartphone charging technology. I’ve tried buying knockoff brands, but Mobile Edge makes the best quality. The first option is the phone stand that can be used at the bedside or at a desk. It gives you wireless charging in an upright position or landscape and it has a ventilation ring so your phone doesn’t overheat. Next is the wireless charging mousepad that’s a great computer desk accessory. It has plugs on three of its sides so you don’t have to worry about the orientation or snaking cables around.

A warm hug: Tranquility weighted blanket

Do you know someone who’s always too hot or too cold? The Tranquility temperate-balancing weighted blanket is for them. This 20-pound hug regulates the body temperature, keeping you warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s hot. It’s a very relaxing experience and can be targeted to the lower body, top, or full body. A good weighted blanket should be 8-12% of your body weight so this blanket is perfect for most everyone! With over a million of these have sold, you know it will please even the most difficult gift recipients.

A stylish leash: NOBO Leash

With outdoor dining becoming a new staple, more diners will be taking along their furry loved ones to join the outing. Instead of looping and tying a leash around the table or chair, you can get the NOBO Leash by NOBO Pets to quickly snap the handle open and close it around a post to secure your pet anywhere you sit. It’s also super stylish and the colors really pop. It also has an integrated poop bag holder so no attachments necessary.

A doggy backpack: K9 Sport Sack

Taking adventure trips with the pup is always better than going without your pet. Instead of a duffle carrier — consider a backpack dog carrier made by K9 Sport Sack. These carriers are built specifically for dogs to be carried on the owner’s back and the various models ensure a comfortable fit for both humans and dogs using the backpack carrier.

A modern bidet: TUSHY Classic

If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that people really value toilet paper. Avoid the TP chaos by upgrading your toilet with a bidet. The TUSHY Classic Bidet is a great sleek and affordable option to be more nice to your bottom side. They also offer a Spa model that has the hookup for warm water for those that want elevated pooping experience.

A themed multitool: Puna by 3coil

Designed by a London-based team, the Puna by 3coil is a multitool that looks badass and performs incredibly well. It features a No. 11 scalpel blade for precise cutting which is replaceable with new blades once it becomes dull. You can use the Puna as a bottle opener or a screwdriver. All of this comes in a cool action case to safely transport the gear.

Upgraded eyewear: Lensabl

Sometimes the best gifts are not entirely brand new, but brought back to life. Lensabl, an online one-stop-shop for all things optical offers a service where you can send in your favorite frames to get outfitted with new lenses. They work with all types of lenses including prescription, sunglass, blue-light protection as well as full support for contacts. No matter the eyewear situation, Lensabl has a stylish and convenient platform for delivering high-quality eyewear directly to you.

I will be back soon to unbox more tech, but until then, check out my previous episodes here.
