In 2002, Mo Fathelbab founded Forum Resources Network (FRN), a nonprofit that creates peer groups for CEO’s of small businesses. FRN has helped over 2,500 businesses in New York City and across the country. On this episode of The Grit Daily Podcast, Mo Fathelbab talks about his experience as a CEO and what gives him unique insight into the challenges that small business owners face. He is also the author of “The CEO’s Guide to Growth: How to Take Your Business from Zero to One Million.

Forum Resources Network has created peer groups for over 20,000 CEOs in 33 countries. They are now providing peer groups for many companies including Google.
