Mac Miller’s Family Announces New Album

Published on January 8, 2020

A message from the family of the late musician, Mac Miller, has announced the upcoming January 17th release of a new album titled Circles. The LP is a project he was working on leading up to his untimely death.

The release was completed by producer Jon Brion, who was a major contributor to the Grammy nominated, Swimming. Brion dedicated himself to the forthcoming album prior to Miller’s overdose and ramped up his focus in its aftermath.

Circles is a companion piece to Swimming and will be received with open arms by a fandom still reeling from the senseless tragedy. Posthumous releases are difficult endeavors to handle, however, this is poised to be another great addition to the artist’s legacy.
