Logik.io, an infotech startup based in Chicago, secured $10 million in seed funding to help teams unlock the full potential of salesforce CPQ

The round was led by High Alpha with participation from Salesforce Ventures and other undisclosed private investors. Logik.io will use the funding to boost its product development efforts and support the growth of its go-to-market engine in preparation for the next year. Scott Dorsey, Managing Partner at High Alpha, referred to the round by saying:

“Chris, Godard, and team have built multiple companies that have transformed this market. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with them on what we see as yet another game-changing product, and one of their most promising ventures yet.”

Founded in 2021, Logik.io aims to streamline complex omnichannel e-commerce selling processes by providing high-performance headless configuration technology. The startup achieves this by extending salesforce CPQ using complex logic, math calculations, and dynamic bills of material, providing guided selling in the process. Christopher Shutts, Logik.io CEO, said about this mission:

“We are building truly innovative technology for companies looking to improve their CPQ experience and enable B2B e-commerce. We know both buyers and sellers demand speed and convenience throughout the sales process, and Logik.io delivers on that promise with lightning-fast selection and configuration tools.”

By providing organizations with lightning-fast headless configuration technology, Logik.io allows sales teams to reduce costs and improve their efficiency, allowing organizations to allocate resources to other areas of vital importance Godard Abel, executive chairman at Logik.io, said:

“From our experience building and operating BigMachines and Steelbrick, this team has a great understanding of how configuration technology was built, where it’s strong, and where the next evolution is going. We’re already seeing significant demand in the market, and this investment will fuel the team to deliver on what the market needs quickly.”

With over 100 collective years of experience in the CPQ space, Logic.io is looking to revolutionize the E-commerce industry by allowing organizations to improve their marketing and sales effort, maximizing their profit and conversion rates.
