A family that has been in the spotlight for so many years is bound to have some very specific tastes, according to former nanny, Pam Behan. The former Kardashian nanny said working with Kris was “not easy!” for a few different reasons.
Behan, a graduate of Pepperdine, began working for the Kardashians after Kris married Caitlyn Jenner (then Bruce) in 1991. The former nanny reveals all in an episode of “Scandal Made me Famous,” which airs on July 21st. The popular show is going to Kim K and her rise to fame.
Beginning in 1991, Behan worked for the family for several years, taking care of Kourtney, Khloe, Kim, and Robert. Before working for the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Behan nannied Caitlyn’s sons from the first marriage.
In the interview (transcribed by Daily Mail), Behan reveals:
“On a daily basis, when she has a very long list and you’re fighting LA traffic and taking kids to their events, and maybe possibly not everything on the list gets done, there were a few moments where I got an earful.”
“At first, I used to be just crushed when she would speak to me like that. But she vents, she speaks what’s on her mind. She wasn’t easy to work for, but I did enjoy my job.”
Behan worked for the Kardashians for five years. She actually has already written and published a tell-all memoir, titled “Malibu Nanny: Adventures Of The Former Kardashian Nanny”. The book details her daily dealings with the Momager – and as we can all tell, Kris is a perfectionist even before her daughters had an empire.
Dealing with teenage Kardashian girls was enough of a handful to give the former nanny 236-pages worth of material to write about.
When Behan began her job, Kim was just 10 years old. Now, the 37-year-old mom of three has a fashion and makeup empire. Meanwhile, sisters Kourtney and Khloe are always in-between projects – from running a boutique, to designing jeans, and filming shows. Kylie Jenner was recently featured on Forbes for the popularity of her cosmetics company, with the young mom and make-up artist making headlines earlier this week for taking out her signature lip fillers.
