Dayton Dragons Fall To Clinton LumberKings 4-0

The Dayton Dragons (11-20) are currently in last place of the Midwest League Eastern as they faced off against the Clinton LumberKings (16-14) whom are currently in fourth place of the Midwest League Western.

This is the second game of their three game series, the previous game resulted in a 5-4 victory in thanks to a home-run hit in the 8th inning by Bren Spillane. Julio Pinto would receive the win for the Dragons.

The Dragons looked to continue their hot streak winning 3 of the last 4 games. Jay Schuyler had went 13 for 40 (.325) in his last 12 games entering tonight, this includes eight runs batted in and holds a team-leading .302 for the year.

Fifth Inning:

Sixth Inning:

LumberKings: Demetrius Sims is walked to lead off the inning, Jerar Encarnacion hits a home-run to left center, LumberKings increase the lead to 3-0.
