Another cosmetics brand, Mizz Bloom, joins the cruelty-free bandwagon

Cosmetic beauty brand Mizz Bloom is providing a healthier way to support skincare.

What makes this brand special is its use of highest-quality vegan, and cruelty-free ingredients in all of its products. With products such as the exotic Mandarin Nourish Face Oil, the Sweet Orange Glow Body Oil, Mizz Bloom offers top-of-the-line organic cosmetics without harming or testing on any animals, continuing their mission to promote healthy skincare.

We had the pleasure of catching up with co-founder Darren Tieste for a interview below. He discusses the driving force behind Mizz Bloom, working with Pam Bailey and why the Mizz Bloom brand promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Grit Daily: What was the driving force behind the creation of Mizz Bloom cosmetic line?

Darren Tieste: We saw a gap in the market for true organic skincare, meaning USDA Certified Organic. There are so many brands saying they are natural/organic that really are not.  It is so important what you put on your skin as its takes 26 seconds for chemicals to be absorbed into your blood stream.

GD: How did you and Pam Bailey meet, and what inspired you both to go into business together?

DT: We met over 10 years ago through a publicist friend. We were both inspired by the beauty market so it was a natural progression for us. We did a lot of research on what we wanted to do but certified organic screamed out at us.

GD: How important is it to produce organic, vegan and cruelty-free products?

DT: Its so important health wise to use Clean Beauty, the FDA regulations on skincare aren’t very strict right now in the US, so we are doing our best to bring the cleanest beauty possible.

GD: What makes your products different from all of the other high quality skin care products?

DT: Our products are USDA Certified organic that’s the main difference, we are the cleanest beauty available, plus we are Vegan, cruelty free, paraben free, Phthalate free, Petroleum free, mineral oil free, toxic chemical free & Made in the US.  The USDA is super strict on every level so having the USDA stamp on our products certifies we are the real deal organic and the results our customers are having is amazing.

GD: Where do you see the brand in the next ten years?

DT: In the next 10 years we see our company being global and hopefully changing everyone’s perception on the important of USDA Certified Organic products and clean skincare.
